ADVANCED BAND

This is the premier band at Cerro Villa! We perform in a variety of concerts and festivals, including Knott's Berry Farm.

Recent musical highlights include La La Land and Pokemon.

BEGINNING BAND

This band is for new or growing musicians learning wind or percussion instruments.

Recent musical highlights include Enter Sandman and Blackbeard

JAZZ BAND

This exciting group performs a wide variety of styles including jazz, pop, rock, and latin! It combines instruments from a traditional band class with the instruments found in a rock band. We perform at variety of school events including CV Spirit Assemblies.

Recent musical highlights include Rock You Like a Hurricane, Sway, and I Want You Back.

GUITAR

This is our newest class at Cerro Villa. Come learn to play the guitar or bass! We will also learn to play in a band with other musicians, learn to play popular songs from your favorite artists, and put on a show at least once during the year. No experience is needed to join.

ADVANCED ORCHESTRA

This is the premier orchestra on campus! Students in this ensemble perform at a variety of festivals and concerts both on and off campus.

Recent musical highlights include the Pirates of the Caribbean, A La Media Noche, and Pavane.

BEGINNING ORCHESTRA

This class is a blend of beginners and students with some experience playing a string instrument. Its goal is to develop young string instrumentalists into skilled performers ready to play in the Advanced Orchestra.
